Impressions and pictures will then be taken of your teeth. Your doctor will then plan your tooth movements throughout the entire treatment process. Treatment times can span anywhere from an average of 9-18 months, depending on the severity of spacing or crowding your teeth may have. Next, you will receive your aligners. Each aligner is to be worn for two weeks. Only remove your aligners for eating, brushing, and flossing. Your teeth will gradually move week by week until they reach the desired final alignment prescribed by your doctor. Then, you will want to smile all of the time!
