Brighten Your Smile With Fruits and Vegetables

Apples,broccoli,cauliflower, carrots, celery and other crunchy fruits and vegetables can help whiten your teeth by gently scrubbing while chewing.
Fibrous fruits and vegetables are low in calories, high in nutrients, massage gingival tissue and promote blood flow that keeps tissue healthy. They also increase the flow of saliva which "washes" away plaque and bacteria.
Strawberries and oranges can help polish teeth. They contain natural enzymes that "whiten" teeth by preventing other foods and stains from adhering to teeth.
Next time you want cleaner, whiter looking teeth, and your toothbrush is not near by, grab some crunchy fruits and vegetables!
